The prospective buyer or seller of the home is encouraged to be present during the home inspection so that Caleb can go over his findings in person, answering your questions and discussing any concerns that you may have along the way.

Caleb is adamant about responding to questions in a timely manner both before and after a home inspection—in fact, even if months have gone by, you can still contact Caleb over the phone so that he can get you the answers you need.
THERMAL IMAGING INCLUDED
A thermal imaging scan is included with every home inspection for no additional fee to check for issues that could prove costly to repair if not addressed prior to a purchase.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Caleb spends any free time he has with his wonderful wife and three children. Together, they enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and attending sporting events.
